Red book height and weight chart

Hi all. Has anyone plotted your LOs height and weight now they’re turning 3 just to see where they’re at? I wish I didn’t now as she’s dropped a percentile on the weight and Is 10.20 kg and Is 86cm. Should I be concerned? Or am I over reacting? She’s a happy normal girl and I’m not worried about her eating or anything x

No one has done it officially, but I keep track on the huckleberry app. I don’t think they get concerned unless they drop 2 centile lines. If you’re worried, contact your HV, I’ve done it a few times and we just kept an eye on her weight and height for a bit. She dropped from 50th to 25th slowly over the 3 yrs, but no one is concerned.

We're under health visitor and awaiting a dietician appt because of my sons eating. He was born above the 75th line and dropped to the 25th, he's just got back up to just above the 25th as we've been on holiday and he's been living off nuggets, fish fingers and ice cream 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. HV said just let him eat whatever he wants. They only really get concerned if they've dropped past those 2 percentiles. I feel like now he's gone back up, the dietician isn't going to see him but we still have so many issues with his eating 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

That’s the same sort of dinners my LG has @Lucy but she has a home cooked lunch at pre school every day so I know she eats well there. Good luck for your appointment x

My son doesn't eat at nursery. It was them that instigated the appt. All he will eat there is toast, cereal or garlic bread 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Lucy could he have some sort of sensory issues preventing him to eat certain food? For example with my son he won’t eat meat or peas because of the texture. He’s practically a vegetarian ☹️ doesn’t drink milk either.
