3 weeks of hormone therapy IVF when we did it back in 2018 was $900.00 but my insurance covered bc I wasn't getting a period for 13 months. It was only to help my cycles come back on. I know someone who took out a $30K loan to do IVF (there is no payment options) & their daughter we call "The million dollar baby" lol
There are a couple of IVF groups on here fyi
You are in the US so the cost to me would not be relevant to you, same as clinic recommendations etc I cannot recommend reading It starts with an egg enough!! Basically you read the book, decide what applies to you and take supplements for 6-8 wks for them to improve egg quality. I don't know if this is an issue for you but better eggs cannot harm you! I am 100% convinced this is what changed my first IVF cycle which resulted in 4 embryos no live births (2 fail transfers, 1 miscarriage & 1 failed thaw) into 4 PGTA tested normal embryos - 2 live births and 2 still on ice. Dr said for my age they expected 0-1 normal! Other than that my advice is to always have hope but try to not be too convinced it worked so you aren't too devastated if it doesn't and to remember the injections, although they can be so sore and emotionally draining, will end before you know it and you will have your baba! Best of luck 🤞🏼
