Marina coil if you have heavy periods or copper coil if you don't. I have had both and been fine
Only thing that ever agreed with me that I didn't get pregnant on is the depo, everything else messes me up but i have endo and pcos
Another vote for the mirena coil. Putting it in isn't the most pleasant procedure but once it's in place I thought it was brilliant
Birth control pills were the devil for me, they made me so moody and horrible I would never choose to be on them again, but I had the copper coil aswell as my periods weren’t particularly heavy getting it put in hurt a lot and felt extremely uncomfortable and it was hell for the first 6-12 months heavy bleeding and pains and period all over the place but once it settled it was bliss, periods sorted itself out and eventually became normal had not accidental pregnancies or anything I would get it again (after this pregnancy) if the start wasn’t so painful and long
Mirena coil - I had it for 1.5 years before getting pregnant and had no issues.
