How did you find Letrozole? I’m on day 2 first time use!

@Nijha yes, I was taking prenatals, baby aspirin advised from my fertility specialist, sometimes it happens with no explanation. I honestly didn't even think it worked until I took a test at the 14 day mark because I didn't feel one thing. This time around I've been symptom spotting but negative 10 DPO. So I guess we'll see😩

I've been doing fertility treatments since last year. First learned I needed a polopectemy. Then did clomid. First cycle just did timed sex. Then did IUI. I got pregnant... but it was ectopic. Not allowed to try again until July :( wishing you better luck!

@Nijha The way they treated my ectopic was with methotrexate. It attacks any rapidly dividing cells and causes your body to shed the pregnancy from your tubes. Way safer than surgery and no permanent decrease in fertility but since it stays in your body a while they tell you not to TTC because if you do too soon it can cause birth defects. Yeah, it's a long time.
