I have medicaid and my ob said that it would cover it. But idk if it would cover removal all together. Does anyone know? Im 21 and have a boy and girl and 100% sure i do NOT want anymore children ever unless we adopt.

I have Medicaid and they covered the complete removal. But it may vary by state

i'm in jersey and they covered mine 100%. you can always check the handbook for your insurance on their website to confirm
