Before my baby I was on the injection for 8 years! It was perfect for me, no side effects and no bleeding or period symptoms what so ever. It did take a year and half to get a period back after I stopped it though and took a while to get pregnant! so be aware if you wanted another baby! It’s the only reason I didn’t go back on it now as I would like another baby in a year or two! ☺️

Also, I know it can affect bone density so my doctor told me to do some body weight exercises to keep my bones/muscles strong ☺️
I’m on the injection! I haven’t had a period for 2yrs, I might have the odd spotting when it’s nearly running out/due the next injection but it’s been good for me!
