Sorry you’re feeling down ❤️ Hugely recommend getting out to classes if you can! I’ve found it so helpful to meet other mums at similar stages Not sure how old your little one/s is/are but theres a whole bunch of classes talked about on the Bicester mummies facebook for varying ages
