I’m on the mini pill and have just had a period since going on so wouldn’t really recommend. Apparently you can either not bleed at all or bleed constantly so it’s whether you want to take the gamble!
Depo injection worked for me previously so have decided to have it again. It took 3 rounds to completely stop any bleeding last time so am expecting similar this time too x
Natural planning! Total abstinence during fertile window. I track ovulation with basel body temp and LH strips. Worked for me x

@Shannon I think I’m going to come off the pill and do this. Do you use any particular devices for basal body temp or just use the usual thermometer along with app?
@Sinèad just normal thermometer and cheap LH strips alongside tracking cervical mucus x

I use Natural Cycles. Have done for a few years so will probably just go back to that. I was going to try the Copper Coil as well (because it’s not hormonal) and run that along side Natural Cycles but unsure on if I want a coil or not
