Natural Protocol

Hi ladies, I am due to go for my second round of IVF soon, after 3 failed transfers. 1 miscarried at 6wks. They were all medicated FETs. So new clinic and new consultant is saying to go for a natural cycle, frozen embryo transfer this time. I have a left unicorn with both ovaries and polycystic ovaries. Has anyone had any success with natural FET?

Yes 🙋🏻‍♀️ I had 3 failed FET’s (untested embryos, 4th transfer (PGT-A tested) ended in an early loss. Those were all medicated. My doctor wanted us to do natural FET with trigger for our 5th transfer as I have endometriosis in my pelvis and whilst it doesn’t directly affect implantation, the high levels of oestrogen can cause inflammation of it elsewhere. So that’s what we did and I’m currently 17 weeks pregnant. Sending you so much luck for your next transfer ✨

Yes I had 3 failed medicated FETs (2 failed to implant and a chemical) then I did a modified natural FET cycle and got pregnant but had a MMC my doctor and I agreed that the natural cycle seemed to suit me better as I did get pregnant and my body held on to the pregnancy… 5th transfer was another modified natural cycle and I’m currently nap trapped by my 6 month old rainbow baby ❤️
