When I use to have a bidet twice a day. Now only once when I shower
Everytime I use the bathroom if I don’t have wipes on hand and prolly like 6-8x a day of my man is around 😭 cause we be wilding but normally I shower 2-3x a day 🙂↕️
@Kimiko be careful not to shower too much, you can destroy your ph. One of my friends was showering twice a day and she got a tremendous rash
@Carmen thank you but my ph is amazing I also use natural products and get checked regularly I am just one of those girls that can’t shower 1x a day but I also live in a ranch so showering is needed

I wash with water every time I use the bathroom and I shower everyday.
BIDET. Game changer. I’m always clean and fresh down there even between showers. Get a cheap portable bidet it has no dryer it just sprays water up

I shower like 2x a day, but I don't "wash up" in between then
@Kimiko Same girl, I shower up to 3x/day more or less lol & my ph is fine too. I use a peri bottle to rinse w/water after #1 & a quick shower after #2 lol but shower in the morning, after exercise, sometimes before or after sexy stuff and before I sleep.
Morning and night always.

@Kimiko fr I’m trying to stay ready so I don’t have to get ready for sexy time hahaha I actually feel like my ph is better with all the extra cleanliness, but who knows some ppl might have different experiences
Wash only once but I use a bidet or wet wipes several times a day.
I wash it when I shower, so once a day. But I rinse it throughout the day using our bidet.
