I’m gonna be honest every birth control will mess with your hormones in some way or form. I’ve been using natural planning cycles and complete abstinence from sex during ovulation. I track ovulation using BBT and cheap strips. This worked for me until I wanted to start trying again x

I like the depo shot and everyone’s body is different so what might work for someone may be different for you

Honestly, they're all gonna mess up your hormones and fertility. I've heard so many horror stories regarding IUDs and Depo shots, I wouldn't go anywhere near them. Even condoms have been linked to giving cancer to people recently. I practice period tracking and natural family planning. It's a learning curve at first and you have to be hands on with it. But I've been doing it for 4.5 years now with no issues and only get pregnant when I'm trying.

Every birth control will fuck your period and hormones. Condoms and plan b but I got the iud because I wasn’t going to chance it with condoms and the plan b lmao

@Jordan literally f’d me up the depo shots, I was bleeding for 4 months straight and finally realized it was the shots

Every birth control will mess with your hormones and periods but the one I liked the most was the depo shot

@Darienne same here im on the depo and its like my periods have reversed im constantly bleeding with like a week break. Doctors saying to keep trying because it will sort it self out and now a year in im giving up and looking for another contraceptive but dont know which one to go with

Tell ur man to get a vassectomy

Natural Cycles!

@Hailee seconded!

@Hailee what’s that?

@Noelle she doesn't want it to mess with her fertility... chances are she doesn't want anything messing with her man's fertility either 😅

@Scarlett it’s a tracking app the uses your basal body temperature to track your ovulation. There’s red n Green Day’s. So red days are to avoid sex or use condoms etc. and then it can also be used as a pregnancy planning app.

I track. Track my cycles take my temp every day and and you CAN monitor discharge but that’s hard to do when I’m commando 90% of the time lol. He never cums inside and if he wants to he wears a condom (ovulating or not) Since I had my last baby 5yrs ago I haven’t fallen pregnant again. And no birth control has affected my weight so I was able to lose all my baby weight

in my opinion none of them are good and they will alter your body and hormones in some way. i’ve been doing cycle tracking/pull out for 2 years and it has worked but not without anxiety every month hoping im not pregnant 😅 im considering trying the Kyleena iud since its a lower dose of hormones but im scared. had the nexplanon implant years and years ago but never again

Just not having sex LMFAO just messing around with ya. Me and my husband don't have sex. He shows zero interest. So that's helped me a lot with birth control. Haha.
