Thank you for taking the time to reply. Inositol is one of the ingredients of the conceive plus capsules, and I'd read such good reviews I had hoped it would help. I definitely need to lose a lot of weight so hopefully over time that will also help! It's just so frustrating not knowing why x
I ended up having to take letrzole get pregnant as I was ovulating. I know have a 15 month old baby girl so that's potentially another option I had to get referred but the gp to fertility clinic although not properly classed as fertility treatment so I got it on the NHS over the age of 35 I turned 40 just after I had my little girl.
Thank you. I've been tracking bbt for about a year but not using ovulation strips so going to combine both, but based on bbt alone I have only ovulated around 50% of the time. I'm going to get myself to the Dr's as soon as I can and see what they say. Thanks for the advice x

I can't answer for conceive plus but I do have polycystic ovaries and I used to go 6 months no period. I had been losing weight and my periods had got to 70 days apart which in itself was nothing short of a miracle. I started taking inisitol which you can buy from amazon it cost about 30 quid a bottle meant to last one month but I was taking half dose and immediately my next cycle was 40 days then 35 and then a 28 day regular cycle. Previously when I had my period I really had no symptoms other than the bleeding. No hormonal feelings or mood swing etc didn't really get much pain either. Since taking these I started to have cervical mucus egg whites etc which I had never experience before. So you may want to give that a try because it certainly helped me x
