After getting IUD did it make you break out? I’ve never had ace and also have never been on birth control until about a year ago and now I break out. Just wondering if it had something to do with the birth control.

I also had the copper IUD & have never experienced any kind of breakout, I actually got more pimples before birth control.
I don’t think mine is the copper one
@Kym ♡ I just double checked I got the hormonal IUD.
I had the mirena iud which is hormonal but the way my ob explained it to me was that the hormones are kinda centralized in your uterus area so they don’t affect you elsewhere as much as the pill. I loved the mirena, didn’t have side affects other than my period disappearing

What kind of IUD is it? I had the copper paraguard IUD and since it was non hormonal it didn't have an effect on my skin
