Possibility or just overthinking?

Before I start please don’t judge me, life has been really hectic lately. So I’m on the Yasmin contraceptive pill, however I’ve been taking it at different times during the day but still taking it within the 24 hours each time. Last month I finished my pill packet, had a bleed during the 7 day break as I should but then stupidly forgot I’d no more pills left, this was on the Saturday which was the day I should have taken a pill from a new pack. As it was Saturday I couldn’t do anything about getting a prescription until the Monday and that morning I had sexual intercourse, my prescription came through that Monday afternoon and I took the pill which was day 1. Since then I feel like I’ve been okay apart from frequently weeing more than normal past few days, bloating really badly, a couple episodes of nausea in the evening and an increased appetite the last 2/3 weeks. I know these symptoms could too be caused by having 2 days left on my current pill packet and breaking for the weeks bleed again but I’m panicking about it massively. Unsure what to do, should I take a test? Is it too early? Or is there no possible chance and I’m just overthinking nothing? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance x

It took me a couple of weeks to show symptoms of pregnancy. Around 5 weeks after what should have been my due date. But I know everyone is different. A test only really shows up a week or so after your missed period so it might be slightly early. If you are really worried though a GP can do a more reliable test. I think it probably better to check just in case. I have in the past found that the morning after pill has sometimes made me feel nauseous and my hormones all over the place, so could just be that 😊. Plus your stress could be making you feel the symptoms as that has happened to me as well xx

@Kirsty Yeah that’s what I’m worrying about that it’s too early, stuck in limbo a little bit. The problem is as soon as I finish these last 2 pills in my packet I’ll have a withdrawal bleed and I’m pretty sure google said you would if you was pregnant or not so that’s not going to give me an answer either way. I haven’t taken the morning after pill as I’d asked the pharmacy did they think I should take it and they said no you’ll be fine but I mixed my dates up and told them the wrong days 🤦🏼‍♀️ I might need to go to the GP when I can next week yeah, thank you! Xx

I took a test when I was 3 weeks pregnant, before I was due my period, and it was positive clear as day, so I'd say it will be able to tell you
