Cps

Do i have made a previous post about this, but I tested positive for opiates when I gave birth, specifically codeine which I did not take i had eaten a bunch of poppy seeds through out my whole pregnancy.. so cps is inv9lved i smoked marijuana for the pain last month my cps case worker knows about this didn't seem to worried about it mostly focused on the opiates i told the drug evaluation person that I might test positive for thx and maybe alcahol due to a glass of wine or two for two days mothers day and the day after (which no i didn't not feed to my daughter the breadtbmilk and she made it all about the marijuana after that not asking about the codeine at all can she do that???!! She said if i tested positive, they would reassess me in 6 weeks, but why does the marijuana matter? If that's not why cps was involved, i mean that's not fair... and on a side note I smoked before I knew cps got called nit after I did finish smoking it which I also told the case worker I would because I did not want it just sitting in the home and I was in a tremendous amount of pain now I was prescribed oxicodone but imbtoo stubborn and hard headed to take an opiate when I'm being accused of taking one I did not ...(Picture of babygirl for attention

Ah this sounds awful. What country is this?

Is weed legal to smoke where you are? Could be because it isn’t so it’s an illegal substance traced in your system where as the amount of codeine that was in your system from the poppy seeds would be negligible and not a concern as it’s also a legal substance.

Weed is legal in your state so idk why she’s giving you such a hard time with that..

Depends if you're in a recreational/medical legal state and if you have a medical card and documented necessity? If you're not in a legal state or don't have a card it is considered a drug. Also, if they know you're breastfeeding that can be a factor. I dropped dirty on probation when I was 18 for eating an entire box of poppyseed pastries (no smart phone yet, pure ignorance) and I'll tell you that the court didn't believe me for a second and I definitely was reprimanded. Honestly, they're just doing their job. My sister in law worked for CPS for a long time and there were a lot of cases that weren't followed up or taken seriously and she's been a first responder to a dead infant. They aren't "out to get you" they just have certain things they have to do and rules to follow, regardless of your good intentions. ++Edit. Yes even in legal states it's federally illegal. That's why even where it's recreationally legal you can't smoke on probation. CPS could ask/force you to abstain.

weed is federally illegal still so CPS can still go after you for it. it’s legal in my state and my OB (who was so chill) told me it can’t be in my system when i give birth or the hospital has to go through cps

I just don’t buy that you ate a lot of poppy seeds.

Best thing you can possibly do is stop smoking until this is 100% closed.

Uhm so a simple google search will tell you that you won’t test positive just from eating poppy seeds… so that’s a lie.

@Kirsty america

@Lizzie no it's legal her in ny

@Allexys well it's the truth so if u don't beilieve it then bug tf off don't fucking comment

@Fel um a good search actaully will say it does it S not a gucking lie I didn't Evan know what the shit was before so bug tf off I you don't have actaull advice it i was lying why tf would i post a long ass rant shit i hate plp like you

Regardless of the dirty drop, just don't smoke til.this is closed and over or they could drag it out and make you stop smoking anyway. I've seen parents have to do months of drug tests over even less, like a domestic yelling situation.

@Tiffany i have and plan too still smoking is not cessation apart of my agenda anymore it just confusing to me that they can go from 1 thing to another

You must have eaten a shit ton….

@Fel okay you don't gayta be a fuckimg cunt

@Allexys literally same lol

Hey mama. So I will not give any opinions, but for the sake of your kids, please stop using EVERYTHING. In case you’re unaware, CPS IS one of the biggest rings for unjustly removing kids for all the unfortunate reasons you can think of… it’s not always for the kids benefits, if you get what I mean. You can legally research this. Once they got a trail on you, you’re locked in. So please.. stop, Even using MJ, until your case is done. They’re not going to let this go until you shape up or show you have, legal state or not. I would hate for your newborn to end up in the wrong hands.

@Isadora i haven't smoked since my case started it's about to end now I got updated shortly after I had made the post apparently the hospital was being negligent and gave me the codeine?? Its on my medical record I guess so after my pee test comes back from the labs as long as it's clean 1 more hime visit then the case is closed

@Jasmine yessssss thank God!! Glad to hear this!!!

@Isadora I personally am glad CPS exists but I've definitely heard of people ending up on a 10 yr child endangerment list over weed possession before too

Girl join my pod

@Emma how can i find it

@Tiffany never said I wasn’t glad they existed. Thanks for your feedback.

@Isadora I wasn't implying you did
