Contraceptive patch
Anyone on here on the patch? I’ve been on the implant for over 2 years now and I’m thinking of coming off it. It’s definitely contributed to my weight gain and I’ve just had enough! I don’t eat too badly and I try to stay as active as I can. I don’t really get periods either. I can’t think of what else has contributed towards it and I’ve been doing research on which ones may contribute to weight gain and which ones don’t really. The thought of having an IUD scares me! Was wondering if anyone is on the patch and can give me some insight and let me know about their experience on it. Thank you in advance!x

I have the patch and have had for many years now, it works for me and I’ve never had any problems
IUD after a baby isn't so bad and uses a way smaller dose of hormones than patch/pill.

I had the patch at it's the same medication as the pill. Put on a little weight but not to bad
