For my first pregnancy, I bought mine on Amazon. The brand I used was HotTea Mama - I think it helped! Labour lasted 3.5 hours and pushed for less than 30 mins. Will be using again this pregnancy
HotTea Mama is the only brand I would use due to the levels of fragrine in it (which is what you need to help make your cervix soft and help make the second stage of labour quicker) I found it cheapest on Amazon, you need about 4 boxes if starting from the recommended 32 weeks x

@Vicki I was looking for the heat and heather and can't find it anywhere...it was supposedly 2.90£. and I'm 33 weeks today and really want to start 😭
@Vicki also this is how I like to drink mine as I don’t actually like the taste of the tea on its own, 250/300ml of the tea cooled and then add ice and the tea to a glass, top with pineapple & then cranberry juice, will pop picture below x
I just cannot justify the price 🤣🤣
@Vicki I’m willing to try anything as I only got to 8cm with my first and had to have an emergency c-section due to my waters breaking 48 hours prior as they were worried about infection so anything that may help speed the process up this time I am willing to spend money on 🤞🏼🤣 x

@Vicki it was £4.50 on Amazon, I only brought it about a month ago if that, you can also use each tea bag twice as long as you store it after first use in an air tight container x

@Helen recommend advice is 32 weeks but check with your midwife would be my advice
I'm looking for it too . Holland and Barrett used to have it but apparently they are changing the packaging so it's sold out everywhere 😕 I'm struggling to find it
