My LO rolled over at least twice when she was 2 months. But she hasn't even tried since then. Not sure what happened? She meets or exceeds all her milestones otherwise. She rolls from side to side but not belly to back or vice versa. What can I do to encourage rolling over again?

I’m 40+3 and I know I need to ring triage if I have reduced movements but before I do that does anyone have any ways to get baby moving please?

Hi girls, Although I have a pregnancy pillow to use between the knees, my hips get so sore when I toss and turn on both sides in the night. Any tips or advice on anything to help? I’m really struggling to get a good sleep, coupled with the need for a wee every hour or two! Thanks ☺️

Hey all, I’m 19+4 and been having sharp pains in my pelvis (around my bladder). It’s very quick and comes and goes like someone is flicking a nerve. No other symptoms! I’ve not recognised any baby movements yet but my 16 week Doppler was normal. Is this the baby moving around?

Does anyone have any tips on how to get saline spray up baby’s nose and use the snot sucker as peaceful as possibly can be? As soon as she sees it coming it’s a literal fight to get it near her nose. Which is really distressing for her then makes the snot worse 😔 Makes me feel like the worst person in the world.
