Just had my first proper Braxton Hicks contraction! I thought I had felt one a couple weeks ago but NOPE! THIS one was the real deal and wow did that hit me!! I had to brace myself with both arms and legs and may have cussed a little 😅

Anyone else’s LO slam their arms like this?
