Can someone here please share their experience with an Au Pair in the US? How old was your kiddo and how long did you host them for? How much does it really cost? General safety? Do they help with household chores and cooking? We are considering for our 7 month old for 9 months and wanted to learn more.

How is everyone entertaining baby during wake windows? My 4 month old by 4pm is tired of her activity mat and crinkle book. Looking for other ideas on how to entertain her during wake windows. Her naps are only 30min now that were going through the sleep regression so lots of play time.
