On my in laws. Dude my mother in law accidentally sliced my baby’s eyelid with a cleaver bc she shook it to dry it and didn’t know the baby was there about 2 weeks ago, now my baby touched a curling iron while being in the room with my sis in law and I just lost it. I literally crashed out but now I’m the bad guy bc...
What do your play rooms look like?? Trying to get ideas, please and thank you. I am unsure if I want to to get a playpen or turn an entire bedroom into a play area. My little one is about to be 8 months old, and I don’t want him to outgrown a playpen too fast
My little girl is almost 3 weeks old and is generally very content, however for the past week or so she's been getting very worked up before a bowel movement, and sometimes it can go on for over an hour, where she strains and cries. I've been advised that this can be normal as babies develop the ability to use the c...
Hey! Does anyone have any recommendations for a first aid baby course? (Pref in person, focus on choking etc). We’ve started weaning now and before I introduce anything even remotely chewy I feel like I need to be updated just in case the worst ever happens. 🤍
My baby is on anti reflux formula and has 5oz which I recently upped the dose however even after finishing his bottle, he’s still really hungry or is hungry like half and hour later. Why could this be? I’m going crazy!
I don't want to make the symptoms worse by overfeeding but he constantly looks for the breast.
What's the best for after baby, pads or maternity knickers? If pads what brands that are easy accessible in the UK?
My little girl is 10 weeks old and hasn’t had a poop in 4 days now. She’s formula fed has 5oz every 4-5 hours. She’s never been great for going and normally goes every other day but this is the longest stint we’ve had. She had her first set of vaccines on Thursday and thought having the rotavirus would cause her to ...
My brother is getting married in July. I really want to take my son for a haircut but not sure where you take a baby or how it would go 😅. Anyone else had there babies haircut?
Does anyone have any recommendations for a bath filter (the ones that hang for the water to run through) for their little one? Our son has started to get dry skin and a bit of a rash and we think it's because our water has changed recently and maybe is a bit chemical-y for his skin
Are you still helping your LO to burp or leaving it? I find that because my LO is on the move and moves a lot after a feed, I struggle to help burp him. And he will burp later but he also has reflux so I worry not burping him soon enough worsens the reflux
What should I expect please? X
My boy is nearly 14m and has started walking in the last couple weeks. Bath time now is hideous. He refuses to sit down and wants to stand the whole time which is dangerous and now requires one person holding him up and one person washing him. I miss bath times in his seat which were like 15/20 mins long and now it’...
Waiting to hear back from medical professional. Baby has been really constipated and just started wheezing/squawking which i then realised she was pooping. Was extremely scary as i thought she was struggling to breathe/choking. Has this happened to anyone else?
Does anyone bruise big after the injections one of my legs have bruised really bad and my other leg completely fine and I have to do this for 6 weeks because the hospital messed up my discharge papers
My LO turned 1 last week and we have t heard from our doctors about the jabs
My little boy has been soooo whingy and whiney this week. He’s been off his bottles and just generally unhappy. Is this a growth spurt thing? Colic? It’s driving me mad. Today has been the worst and I feel like I’m going crazy. Anyone else?
How often are people ebf babies pooping at 3 months? Mine still goes a few times a day (2 or 3) most days, occasionally we get a day where he doesn’t go, but that’s rare!
Was prescribed it yesterday, and if anything it’s worse. She’s still spitting up loads, and she also isn’t as keen on the milk as she was aptamil. I’m meant to wait a month to see how it goes, which I will. But is this normal? How long is it meant to take to work? :/ I’m also still giving her infacol at the same ti...
My newborn who is 16 days old has been straining his back when I burp him and really upset, crying. I can see he is trying to squeeze poo’s out/ farting but when I change him it’s a small amount. Not too big. It’s affecting his and our sleep as I don’t know what to do. I tried massages. I tried everything but it fee...
