Is it normal for a baby to have hair when born to then have no hair 5 months ?

FTM so apologies for the stupid question… When she was born she came out with a fair bit of hair and now she’s barely got any at all. Everyone also keeps thinking she’s a boy and I’m not sure if that’s because of the no hair or she just has her fathers features 😅 Pic of Ava-Mae below 🥰

Do you know

That there are countries all over the world where parents give their kids water from the day they are born. There are countries all over the world where car seats are not the norm, let alone rear facing them for years. There are countries where cosleeping is what just about every family does. Is it true that a child...

Bath

How long after feeding baby do you give them a bath? I was always told to wait 3 hours due to their digestion as it’s dangerous doing it before then.

Formula Feeding

For those formula fed baby mums - how many oz / mls are you feeding your baby at 5/6 weeks old and how often? I’m getting so many mixed messages about how much I should be giving him I’m now not sure what’s right! Any advice welcome, thank you!

Breastfeeding changed your boobs?

Hi mummas. Just after some honest answers as I’ve heard so many stories. How did breastfeeding affect your boobs and how they looked & felt, both immediately and long term. Thanks

1-year review and HV says sleep train

I’m left really torn after our 1-year review as HV was adamant that I sleep train LO who is 10 mo because I told her how he wakes up 5-6 times a night to the point that I co-sleep. Co-sleeping doesn’t guarantee enough sleep though as 7/10 nights he’ll be waking up and needing help to relatch (as I’ve got small breas...

Honestly losing my patience, what am I doing wrong 😩

LO has 20-30 min naps and always has done. That’s fine I’ve accepted it. I thought I will try and transition her from 4 naps to 3 to see if she’d sleep any longer. Nope she didn’t, she slept the same amount and she ended up being super moody, over tired and fussy + crying because wake windows were 3+ hours whereas...

Over feeding

My little one is almost 3 weeks and currently drinking 5oz formula (normally between 3 and 5 anyway) recently he’s been wanting bottle after bottle. He’s giving me all the hunger cues and just crying for a bottle. I’m so worried I’m overfeeding him but of course don’t want to not give him it when he’s hungry. Has an...
