Hey all! I’m looking for advice on how to stop breastfeeding to sleep, the only time she gets breast fed now is for her day time nap and at night to get her to sleep but I’m finding she wakes up so much looking for breast around 5/6 times a night currently…we had a good few weeks of 2/3 wakes only which is great f...
I haven’t breast fed in over 5 months due to my supply just stopping one day. Today I woke up and my nipples were producing milk again? It’s a small amount but is it just me or is it weird? On top of that last month my period was 2 weeks early and this month it’s almost a week late. I took a test this afternoon but ...
10months old today and been on a nursing strike for 48hours now. Been EBF until this point, no bottles, no formula. Everything online suggests 2-4days to get back to normal but I’m worried (and emotional) that he’s finished feeding with no weaning off as such. Anyone else had anything similar, what was the outcome, ...
Any tips on how much/what you'd say the essentials are just in case there's a problem and breastfeeding isn't possible? Don't want to overbuy!
I really want to prepare to move to bottle! We’ve tried a few times in the past but LO has not taken it at all and has never taken a dummy. Does anyone have any tips/advice for this? I’ve lost almost all my brow hair and low in iron/vit d and possibly more 😭 I need to get my health and wellbeing back on track..
My little boy is nearly 3 weeks old and doing well with breastfeeding (back to his birth weight by day 3 and way above it now!). I am considering introducing a dummy to help with settling for naps but am worried it might cause nipple confusion - any experiences? I’m aware of the pros and cons of dummies themselves a...
My little one is one month old and I have been exclusively breastfeeding so far. I’m looking to introduce one feed of pumped breast milk a day so he gets used to a bottle and other people can feed him if I’m ever away. How do I know how many ml I need to pump to replace one feed? Do we let him have as much as he w...
Hiya, my baby is bottle fed and 8.5 months. She is eating a combination of purées and blw twice a day but still wants 5 7 oz bottles. Should I try and drop a bottle now or is this still normal ?
Hi; need a little advice. I have had a baby 6 months ago, I breastfeed but for some reason I still haven’t had my period. I know it is normal to not have a period while breastfeeding as I had 2 other kids but the period came back after 3-6 months but for some reason I had my third child but no period. Just wondering...
Does anyone know if you can just give little ones whole milk, or does it have to be the one that’s infused with all the stuff?
I'm due my baby soon! I really want to breast feed but I'm reluctant to pump. If I'm exclusively breastfeeding, do I need to pump? I keep getting conflicting information. Is it required to keep milk supply?
I bled for approx 5 weeks after the birth of my son. I then had a gap of around a week or two, and then I started what I assumed was my period. I do use a period tracker, so I marked it on the app, etc. I should be due another period as of 10 days ago if I was going back to my old cycle, which I know won't be the ...
Please let me know your tips as I’m nervous x
If baby feeds constantly/ every two -3hrs. (7 weeks old). Would you pump straight after a feed to increase supply but knowing there then might not be enough for her next feed?
Has anyone had day case/key hole surgery? How painful or easy is the recovery? And do you think I would be able to breastfeed my baby cause pumping is hard work 😅 And any position recommendations would be nice!
I’m 8 weeks pp and I’m EBF. I wasn’t expecting a period due to this however it has started already. Is this normal? Does that mean my milk supply is lower than it should be? Or maybe an indication of something else?
