My baby is 3 weeks, and I’d like to start pumping some milk just so I can get some sort of break from breast feeding constantly. The problem is I feel so guilty for wanting to do this… any one else feel the same? I love BF but it’s so demanding and hard sometimes… I’m stuck!

Hi guys! I read that if you put chamomile tea bags on your nipples (overnight) it will increase milk supply. Well I tried it last night and I think it works!! I got a total of 9oz. this morning! Could be coincidence but worth a try.

So I give birth in a month to my little baby girl, and I’m going to try to strictly breast-feed, I am extremely nervous as when I tried to breast-feed with my son.
