@Justina im eating 2000 a day and burn averagely 1500-2000 a week through exercise. I know but I just want my old body back 😭 I’m trying to be patient aha
It’s hard . You have to burn more and take your time honestly. With walking and diet you see results from the third month and then it starts to drop off quick . That’s what happened to me and in 6 months I lost over 10kg
Some people gain weight while breastfeeding , not everyone losses. Also don’t be too hard on your self . You have to be in calorie deficit to loose weight . Are you burning more calories more than you eat ?
