Low supply

If baby feeds constantly/ every two -3hrs. (7 weeks old). Would you pump straight after a feed to increase supply but knowing there then might not be enough for her next feed?

2-3 hours seems normal. Let baby cluster too, if that's what they want. Sounds like you don't need to do anything else.

Every 2-3 hours is normal and isn’t even “constantly.” Your body doesn’t “run out” of milk like you’re describing. Removing milk more often is what signals your body to make more. So you’re not going to run out if you pump and then baby needs to nurse shortly after.

Im know i wouldnt run out but im aware shes not getting enough is more so what i mean. Id rather her have a fuller direct feed from the boob if that makes sense

What makes you think she's not getting enough?

Just keep putting baby on the boobs whenever baby is rooting. Pumping can cause engorgement. Is you LO not gaining weight and not producing wet nappies?

Are you feeding on both breasts? I would feed from one and pump the other at some feeds.
