We’re taking a trip with our 18 month old soon and the pediatrician said we could give children’s benadryl for the plane but didn’t give us a dosage. Has anyone done this and what dosage did you use? I only want to have it as a last resort.

I want to get a toothpaste without fluoride for my almost 15 month old but need a toothpaste that will protect and prevent against cavities and tooth decay. I really don’t want her using fluoride especially because I know she’ll end up swallowing it and it’ll just end up getting absorbed into the bloodstream anyway...
