This might be a silly question, but I’m worried my LO is not getting enough liquids, or will get constipated, since dropping bottles. We’ve dropped from 28oz (pre-solids) to 15oz (post-solids), how much water should my LB be drinking to make up for the reduction of milk?

How do we do it? What's a good pumping schedule 4 months pp EBF? I'm wanting to pump enough for feeds (I don't even know how many oz my girl eats) and enough to hopefully put 1 bag in the freezer a week so like maybe an extra oz a day? Please help 😭
