Multivitamins and Vitamin D

Wondering if you are giving your babies Multivitamins, specially Vitamin D (lack of sun and winter) I'm breastfeeding and my Vitamin D was deficient. We've recently gone through a horrible flu (Influenza A+ Covid) in December. Thank you!

Anybody can tell me what type if prenatal vitamins is better for third trimester? Being a mommy for the first time and couldn’t meet up with the doctor yet, so decided to to get some advice from u guys. I m 23 weeks n 2 days pregnant.

I’m making my version of chicken and dumplings tonight for dinner. It’s basically like a chicken pot pie soup but with biscuit dumplings and veggies. Would it be weird to add potatoes? It just sounds good to me. I’m cooking it for myself.

So I’m currently in Turkey and they got my food order wrong and I ate it still not thinking anything of it only to realise it had Turkey ham in it. Which is a dark pink colour which I can only imagine means it’s not cooked and now I’m panicking 😩
