Has anyone explore using midwives (UW midwifery) vs OBGYN (northwest women’s healthcare or UW OBGYN)? I’m really hoping for a natural birth so researching this decision - curious if anyone has looked into these and how you ultimately decided

Hi, I’m 23 and pregnant with my second baby. I know I will be done for good after this one as I have a heath condition that makes pregnancy extremely difficult for me and it’s risky for my health. I just need some advice on contraception as I’ve tried the coil, injection, the pill and none worked for well for me....

Like is it necessary to ask? My progesterone is low so do I need to take both together? My periods are so irregular.
