Realtor Moms

Vulnerable post because idk who else to talk to... I have worked as a marketing manager for a real estate agent for over a year now. It has been great but during this time I got my license. Since becoming licensed in May, my hours cut back to 25 a week as her marketing and the rest are for my business. Unfortunately I have no leads, have done no sales and have no guidance from my boss. I just am so frustrated and upset because I switched to real estate so I could easily work from home. Any other moms here that are real estate agents and can give me any peace of mind?!
