@Claire yeah it said I had to upload payslips as well so I done that, I just had the one so hopefully they don’t tell me I need more. Cause I gotta download them from the work system which I don’t have immediate access to now being on leave 😕
I may call tomorrow I think to get some clarification
@Kala I messaged my payroll team to see if they could upload something all in one and they couldn't 🫠 I found it very painful to complete honestly. My baby brain and being 38 weeks pregnant and I was like 🤕
It sucks but it’s not that hard. You should have a copy of every payslip you’ve received, just go through and upload each one. takes a while but its just repetition nothing too hard
Mine came up with this too! I just uploaded one payslip from my employer from 10 months ago and it all got approved shortly after
I merged my last 10 payslips under one PDF (I got paid monthly) and uploaded them. Search pdf merger on google, there’s a bunch of websites you can merge files for free to choose from
F! I need to do this also. It said I had to upload payslips! I uploaded 2 I think, and they got back to me saying I needed to upload every single payslip from July 2023-a few days past my bubs due date... Following as I haven't done this yet!!
