I don't know how some people do it, you can't be productive at work and care for your baby at the same time imo.
I work in housing it’s home working and has been for years you’ll find a lot of admin / office roles are now home based I have to go into the office once a month
However I won’t be continuing work when baby is here it wouldn’t be possible to work he will go to nursery 😂 however you could be different my role is quite demanding x
Personal Training. Although every time I've had a client or class my son is with dad or grandparents. If childcare is an issue he'll have to sit in on the class but I'd rather not lol
So I work in the finance industry and I'm on a computer all day. I've been working from home with my baby 2 days a week out of 4 because we were waiting dor a nursery spot. She's going to be 2 in November and that's when she'll go. When she was under 1 it was easy to work from home with her. She would sit next to me and play with different toys. At 7.5 months when she was crawling it started to get harder and then once she hit 1 it only got harder as she wants my attention and to play and sometimes I can't give it to her. I can't wait to get her into nursery so she gets the attention she needs from people as I have bad mom guilt about not giving her as much when she's with me. She's amazing because she plays independently, but when I'm on a call she wants to join in or she gets loud as if she knows my attention isn't on her. I think she'll love it also. X
