When I go into labor. Lol. 😅
When I pop🥲 only get 6 weeks paid at 60%
My due date is November 24th, I'm starting my leave on November 1st. I get 3 months with my job and I’m using my short-term disability along with it so I can get paid even more.
@Alyssa Same for me. I can do 12 weeks total, but only paid for 6 weeks at 60%.
@Kayla yes same! 6 weeks without pay. So I’m thinking of doing 8-10 weeks
Halloween- right before 38 weeks.
@Alyssa I want the full 12 weeks. 😭 Been trying to put some money back so I'll have some cushion during that time. But it's going to be rough.
My job says I can get 4 weeks off before my due date. So October 18th for me 😆
@Kayla tbh that’s my goal too😂 but 🤞🏼
@Alyssa that is freaking criminal. I hate it here 😒
@Kayla this makes me so mad! Yall should be getting 100% paid time off and it should be 6 months plus. Can you imagine 😍
@Julia Yeah, that'd be nice. Luckily my husband works for himself, so he's going to be a part time house husband. Lol.
At 36 weeks
5 weeks before official due date (my OB put down my due date on my official disability paperwork as 39 weeks). Then I’ll be out for 6 months after delivery.

I am due November 17th, I’m thinking of going first week of November. Pretty late, but I just want to spend as many months with baby once he’s born before returning to work !
@Audrey we have the same due date - I’m hoping to go 1 September!
@Ruwaida oh woww wooo🫶🫶congrats mamas!!🥳🥳
I'm due November 10th and I'm honestly starting it the day I go into labor lol I get 12 weeks unpaid
@Audrey I’m the same way, I want to be with him as long as I can and not worry about work.
1.5-2 weeks before due date- I need to keep my business running lol
