I work for the National Trust and itās a really family oriented company. There are lots of part time jobs, particularly on the visitor welcome and food and beverage side of the business. If youāre open to working weekends it could be a good option! We have lots of mums working in all the properties Iāve worked at. Plus you get free access to all the properties and lots of benefits, everyone is really friendly, good career opportunities and beautiful places to work!
What about a learning support assistant in a college.

I think as much as it's about the particular job, it's a lot about the company you work for. I work for a privately owned packaging manufacturer in packaging development and they are so supportive of the fact people have a life outside of work so would allow time off to attend those things. Most people have worked here for years because it's such a great company to work for, I'll be coming up to 9 years in March x
