The app can only predict overall cycle length based on your input and will estimate ovulation based on some rudimentary statistics. Unless you track LH, CM and/or BBT it won't have enough information to accurately predict your ovulation. It might be that you have longer or shorter than average luteal phase and the app won't be able to predict that. Trust the LH strips over the app x
Don’t trust Flo
My Flo app was always off by a week. It’s just an estimation and most of the time they’re wrong
Have you been testing since the end of your period at least once a day?
@Tan I was asking the OP but sounds like you're doing everything right. How long are your cycles? Are they regular?
@Tan if you have pcos and irregular cycles you likely ovulate a lot later than average. Most women ovulate around 14 days before their period so if you were tracking how long your cycles are over the last year or so, you can estimate the window of when you will ovulate to help with tracking. I didn't ovulate until around cd30 both times I got pregnant. I also have pcos and irregular cycles.
Trust LH strips over apps, the app is going off of the average ovulation period for your cycles x
