They have to put down specifics like joint and hip pain. Back pain. Swollen legs and or feet due to pregnancy. I’m in my third trimester but I’m also an MA and these are the specifics I would put on patients form when I was in clinic.

You’re very welcome. Glad you were able to get it. I’m curious to know if your provider filled out the paperwork the second time after you talked to them or the MA lol just putting “pregnancy” sounds like a provider response haha.
@Yona the girl at front desk was feeling out both times, I just said that "pregnancy " doesn't make it, and first time it was by email and DMV needs originals with signatures. At DMV one day guy said that he never heard about such "excuse" but sent me home cause I had copies and not clear reason. Second day other guy was talking to his supervisor for like 15 minutes (he wasn't sure what to do) but at the end gave me placard.
