I try to schedule meetings during his naps if he’s home while I wfh. Honestly this is the reason he goes to daycare 5 days a week even though it’s a little cheaper to have him home those 2 days. They need to be looked after and entertained and it feels like an impossible balancing act. The best advice I can give is if you have someone in your family that can come over and play with him so you can get a bulk of work done until they leave. Maybe a different person each day? It was SO easy until he could walk.
I am lucky enough to have a nanny while I work because I dont think it is possible for me to work and take good care of my 13 month old. On days I dont have her, when I have a meeting I put him in a play pen and turn on ms Rachel
Following because I'm about to start work from home for the first time in a few years and have a 10 month old 😅
