Cycles Irregular

My daughter is now 16 months old. For a while my cycle was 29 days long consistently once it started again. I had a miscarriage and then was back on birth control for a few months. I stopped it again in June. From June to July my cycle became longer, but I had a period July 19th. August I didn't have a period. Then September (now) I'm having pink spotting instead of a period. I've been taking prenatals, folate, and other daily vitamins. Had DTD on 9/1, 9/2, 9/12, & 9/13. Unsure if I ovulated, though and if I did idk when. I guess if I really want to make a go of it then I need to start doing my ovulation tests again. Not sure if it's a relevant factor but my prolactin levels are still elevated (still lactating, but haven't breastfed in over a year).

What type of BC were you on after your MC? I'm sorry to hear you went through that đź©· after coming off BC it can take 3 months or so for your cycle to even out and return to normal

@Catherine I was on the mini pill following the MC. Maybe I just haven't regulated yet. I guess I just wasn't expecting to skip one entirely and then spot for another. This stuff catches us off guard and then people wonder why we get so stressed. Then the stress doesn't help us either.

I completely understand, it's hard especially when you start so excited to try for a baby. I had nexplanon removed in May, and I have only just gotten back to regular periods. I completely missed a period in June, but my cycles have gotten shorter and more regular. Now a 29 day cycle and 5 day period. You will regulate again just love yourself and give your body time to recover. Your body went through a trauma, you're allowed to give yourself time

Have you tried tracking your fertile window instead of O? That was what helped me get my positive after 2+ years of trying and I use kegg because it's so easy to track with
