Thank you so SO much ❤️❤️❤️
I used to take them once a day around 5-7pm, as the line gets darker the closer you are to ovulation however you are only ovulating when the control line gets just as dark if not darker than the test line when you get it it’s go time so BD maybe that day and day after. X
I don't use the app to tell me when I'm ovulating I just use it to mark when my period is and then I bd from day after period finishes every other day then when my clearblue monitor tells me it's peak I bd that day and day after then day off and then again so we bd about 7 times through that cycle and also used to do temp daily but found that was putting to much stress on it and when we gave that up we fell twice
It all feels so confusing when you first start! I’d recommend the easy at home ovulation tests off Amazon as they’re cheap and you can buy them in big packs. I’d start testing once a day from the day after your period ends, and log the results in an app called premom. When you start getting darker lines (getting close to your peak) then start testing twice a day so you’re not likely to miss your peak. Some people have a very gradual build up to their peak, and others go from a low test to peak and back down again in a very short time frame. Once you’ve tested like this for a couple of months, you’ll get a better idea of when your fertile window actually is, and you can continue with BD every other day during this time. Your app may also be accurate and it’s just not happened yet - anything up to a year of trying is very normal! Hope that helps :)
