Days past ovulation. So if you’re tracking when you ovulate then you ovulation would be roughly after a week after your period. And then you’d test for pregnancy about a week ish after that

@Gabrielle i have the flo app that’s about it .
You can change the settings on flo to be "trying for pregnancy" and it will tell you the best days to test
@Olivia it’s on that , like rn it say my period is one day late .
You'd most likely get a faint line for a morning test if you're pregnant at this point then but just a tiny bit more possibility for a false negative
You can try testing a few days before you missed period but don’t be discouraged if you don’t see a line yet! I didn’t see a line until my missed period
I would say 10dpo or longer
