Work hours!
Has anyone agreed any different work hours? We don’t have childcare weds PM… and I want to work as little as possible but get paid as much as poss! 🙈😂

I dropped down to 3 days but added an hour to each day to boost the pay
I do condensed hours so I can have Fridays off but still be paid full time. It’s intense, long days and it’s exhausting, but it helps with my financial security and it gives me a day off with my baby when I don’t have childcare.
I work from home and condensed my hours working tues-Fri (9.5 hour days). I do a couple hours when he’s still asleep in the morning and pick up anything when he’s in bed.

I've dropped Wednesdays to spend with my LB, and his dad has every other Thurs off as part of his rota already. My mum will have him the other Thursdays so our LB will be doing 3 days at nursery and the other 4 with family each week x
