Things to remember to do now you are pregnant
1) self referral to your chosen hospital via NHS maternity site
2) fill out the maternity exemption form from your Dr's and hand it back to them (you get free prescriptions up until baby turns 1 and dental care cleaning and polishing included)
3) book your flu jab

@Victoria if you go on Google and type in which hospital you want and put next to it for example bhr pregnancy self referral it should come up click the first one and then there will be a link within it that takes you to the page you need

How do you get the maternity exemption form?
@Francesca I rang up my Drs today and they told me to come in and collect it from reception
Yeah you can just ask at the reception and fill it in there and then and hand it back to them
After self referral how long does it take them to respond?
