Paid parental leave work test

So I’m a disability support worker and since being pregnant my hours have dropped. I get paid fortnightly and there have been a couple of weeks where I have not worked a full eight hrs but the following week I work over, average 20-30 hrs per fortnight. Will I still be eligible for ppl? I have lost clients due to not being able to lift wheelchair in and out of my car etc but never asked for a certificate from my doctor.

From your employer it would depend on the company ppl as every company has a different allowance or reasons to get it normally it's based on how long you have been there not on the hours you do and the government ppl I don't think there is any circumstances that you can't get it even if you didn't have a job before I believe you can still get ppl

Yesssss! You just have to upload a tax return :) it’s actually a lot easier than it’s made out to be. I didn’t apply for my child care subsidy yet because it was super confusing and made it more complicated. When is bub due? Because it will most likely go off 2023 - 2024 xx

Bubs is due in December I think I will have to go in or call them for clarification as it says you have to work for atleast 10 months (I have) atleast one day a week (I have) but than when applying it asked if I’ve worked a minimum of 8 hrs per week. Which over the last month there has been once or twice where I didn’t work a full eight hrs.
