How to handle miscarriage

Hi ladies, I really wanted to take opinions from people who experienced this themselves.. I’m going through a miscarriage (first trimester) and the doctor I’m seeing gave me some options on how to go about it. They mentioned to me that I can either let it pass naturally, take a pill that will force me to get my period, or have a surgical procedure (although she mentioned it’s not really necessary given how small the baby is).. for those who have gone through this, what did you do? If you took the pill, how bad were your stomach cramps? How long did you have to wait before trying for another baby? Thank you all for your help and comments 🤍

I had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks i was given those options too, but where I live my doctor confirmed everything did all the tests then referred me to the local hospital however they dragged it out even further & did all the tests again which took about another week, by then they sent me home to wait another couple days to see if nature would take its cause and my body release naturally. I was told I could conceive again whenever I was ready, I ended up conceiving a month later

I miscarried at 19 weeks and again at 5 weeks so Ik what ur goin thru. Its rough and not an easy thing to deal wit but wit the right support system it gets easier to move past it. Just take it one day at a time hunn. I ended up conceivin, once I was ready to try again, 3 yrs lata after my second miscarriage.
