@Jackie did you’re feet ever get these welts from itching so much?? And I’m hoping my doctor says he wants to retest me again reguardless of the results but I really had to push for the first test so 🤞
No, I never got welts. My nails weren’t good enough for scratching so I used like the dry brushes and the crystal thing that comes in pedicure packs😂 my feet were really only severely itchy at night. During the day it was mainly my arms and my legs and my stomach, but I took skin off from how bad I was itching them. My hands were never that itchy. I brought it up to my dr and she tested me that day
@Jackie how long did your results take to come back? I got my labs done Monday at 3pm so I’m hoping by Friday I hear back but yea same for me itching on feet is severe at night I’ve almost bled from scratching to the point my feet get inflamed like the picture and through the day it’s just random itched everywhere my stomached constantly itchy my arms head face legs everywhere.
The first test that comes back will most likely say that your liver looks fine but when they come back after the week it will most likely show signs of elevated bile acids. I had choleostasis and had to be induced at 37 weeks. My boy was born very healthy. I had SEVERE itching everywhere, at night the bottoms of my feet would be unbearable. I was scratching my skin raw. That was really the only noticeable symptom I had.
