My husband left a job once because they were re using gaskets hydro testing pipe... Youre supposed to replace them and they told him they had none and the next hour he found a box of them... They made him head of that shop... He left cuz he can't afford all the blowback if something were to happen and then some plants blew up a couple years later. He went home that day knowing he made the right decision but turning down the money almost got us for sure. Believe me the jobs don't care they will give their best amount of money to replace you and let me tell ya if ya don't know there isn't an amount to replace you so I'd go home

Amen! I asked my boss to move one person so I could go back to work after they said they’d help with anything I needed. They refused so I quit. I went from first in line for being in charge of the center to a stay at home mom they don’t think about
