Concerning??

I’m going to post a photo in the comments, but my entire pregnancy, DI/DI twins, I have had what I thought was an apron belly. I also seen a TikTok recently of a girl playing with the exact same thing I have, asking WTF is this hahaha 🤣 Well anyways, my entire pregnancy this little fat sac has been exactly that, a squishy flappy fat sac! The last few days I’ve noticed it’s become hard, uncomfortable to touch, and feels like an actual ball!! Has anyone had this? should I call the doctor?

If my fat sac had that, I would be concerned for a hernia (not that I looked it up, just what my invasive thoughts would tell me) I would go in if it had been the same the whole pregnancy until just recently.

@Megan that’s what I’m thinking they were closed today so I was gonna call Monday morning and see if they can squeeze me in before my NST. It’s getting larger too, so idk I might call labor & delivery too

@Megan thank you, apparently it’s a build up of fluid. It has tripled in size during my hopsital stay They said it should go away after birth

Well, at least they looked at it and you have an answer. Build up of fluid seems fairly innocent. Glad that that's the outcome!
