I started using mine at 32 weeks for pelvic stretches and baby positioning.
I've been using since 30 weeks helps relieve back pain. Been told not to bounce on ball until 36 weeks as it might encourage labour
I’ve been using mine for ages already. Love that it relieves the tightness in my back. I do hip circles and side lunges and some light bouncing.
I’m 35 weeks on Wednesday and I’ve starting using it now and again, when I get little pains it does help x
