Maintenance money
Just need some advice. Me and my partner are still together, but we live separately at the moment he is the father of my kids. Do you reckon I should be asking for maintenance money?

That seems reasonable that he would share the costs for the kids while youre separated. I would ask
Would expect him to be paying half of all you child related expenses!

I would let him know how much diapers/wipes, food, and any other essentials are costing you and at least split that.
